FINAL STAGE-COLLEGE TO OFFICE

Myself Amir Sohail and am pursuing PGPM from IBS GURGAON and am here to represent a short journey of 3 months as an intern in finance department at 7 Med India pvt ltd.These 90 days were a life changing experience for me as I learned a lot in between these days. As I joined as a fresher, so I didn’t had any idea of how everything is carried in a company.Mostly the matter is affecting during work in an organisation is how to handling a situation and what kind of situation handle easily.Working in an organisation is different from college life.During my summer internship program,I am assigned work to visit aryan hospital for auditing, one of the dialysis centre, I am visiting the aryan hospital for auditing of the pending cases of panel payment. I am standing the entrance gate of the dialysis centre and one of the patient come to me and start sharing problem facing at the time of dialysis.Basically,he is army officer and visiting the aryan hospital for dialysis his father.This moment make me feel special and I think every centre has start the feedback section at dialysis centre to improve an organisation.Throughout the SIP, I have learnt lot of things apart from my work and employee’s  here is so friendly and co-operating. They helped me in all my tough times through this entire time period. The working environment is so positive which is the best part about this firm. Before joining this company, I only had a rough knowledge about the finance sector but after working for this short period I have gained a lot. This internship also have improved my innerself. Through this internship I have also worked o mhy outlooks, for example how to wear formals properly, how to interact with everybody else, my fluency while speaking etc. Working in your company also have improved my confidence level. Before this training I really hesitate to contact with others or whenever I have to prove my point but after working in your company my confidence level is boosted up.the career changes rules are changed to life changing moment.I feel really lucky to get my carrier started with a company like 7 Med India Pvt ltd. I would love to serve you guys further. Thank you for giving me this opportunity and being a new part of my life.
